Suri Poulos
|
Suri specialises in providing one to one development such as career management and executive coaching as well as organisational development programmes such as cultural change, leadership and senior team development. She has a 14 year track record of successfully working with business people to maximize their professional effectiveness and merge it with their personal aspirations. She is highly skilled at clarifying and creating congruency between the individuals underlying core values and sense of purpose and the organisations development objectives. This approach ensures the individual is highly motivated to move from intention to action and sustain their desired personal and professional changes.
In 1980 Suri earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Rhode Island School of Design having spent her final year in Italy. She then worked for five years in the telecommunications industry. Following completion of a Masters of Business Administration in 1984 she began a career in the Information Technology industry. She spent a number of years working for Management Science America (MSA) in both sales support and sales roles within international territories and subsequently for Martin Marietta Data Systems as a UK sales and marketing executive.
Suri decided to utilise her understanding of the Information Technology industry within a more people oriented focus and moved into the field of recruitment. First with Kirby Professional as a recruitment consultant, next with Eagle Business Services as Business Services Manager and subsequently with Roger Baker and Partners as an executive search consultant.
In 1989 Suri co-founded Poulos & Partners. She is trained and certified in a number of psychometric testing instruments. In 1996 she completed an MSc. in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Luton.
As a founding partner of Poulos & Partners, she has worked with organisations such as Glaxo, Diageo, Guinness, Bankers Trust, Standard Charter, Unipart and others delivering a wide range of programmes. Her experience includes the design and delivery of cultural change programmes, leadership development programmes, senior team building programmes, a wide range of one to one coaching and counselling assignments as well as, public speaking at organisations like the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Original Thought Forum. Suri is also a GoodCorporation accredited consultant.

Darrel Poulos
|
Darrel specialises in the design and delivery of individual and organisational
development programmes including: cultural change, community change, team
building, leadership development and interpersonal skills development
programmes. Much of his work has involved working with senior teams, frequently
at board level and often utilises the outdoor environment as an integral part
of the design.
Darrel received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in
1976 with a major in Sociology. His studies also included minors in Psychology
and Economics. He subsequently conducted graduate research on stress and
personal crisis.
Following two years as a group
psychotherapist, Darrel began a career in private industry which included
eleven years in the Information Technology industry. His roles have included:
software development, systems analysis, training, project management, software
implementation, account management, consultancy, technical management, customer
hotline support, sales support, user group coordination and senior operations
management.
Following IT related work with the Department of Labour, Mylee Digital Science
and Transamerica Corporation, he worked for many years with Management Science
America (MSA) as part of their U.S. and International operations. Darrel then
joined Pansophic Systems as Technical Manager for the UK and Ireland where he
was responsible for improving the quality of product releases and organising
the European technical management group into a cohesive team.
In 1989, Darrel focused his extensive experience of developing organisations
and designing employee development programmes in creating Poulos & Partners
to carry out individual and organisational development work on an international
basis

Jean Roberts
|
Jean has over 30 years experience in personnel and development, beginning her career as a training officer with A.C. Nielsen in 1972, and moving to a role as Head of Training for Morgan Guaranty Trust Co of New York (now JP Morgan) in 1975. She later moved to Hong Kong where she ran her own management consultancy operation for 12 years, initially within the banking sector. A key client was Wardley, the merchant banking arm of the Hong Kong Shanghai Bank, where she held the post of Training Adviser. Other clients included American Shipping Lines, Hong Kong Telephone Co, Young Presidents Association, Garratt Associates. She also took on a number of project management assignments in media and video production for Hawke Films and became Regional Manager (Far East) for Media Projects International.
Jean is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (previously known as the Institute of Personnel Management) She initially qualified for membership shortly after gaining her first degree in Psychology, Economics and Sociology. She has held a number of local committee posts for the Institute, including Chair of the Thames Valley Branch, and of the Oxford Group. She also holds a number of national posts within the CIPD and is currently Professional Adviser to Oxford Brookes University
Since returning from Hong Kong in 1989, Jean has settled with her family in the Oxford area and continued her work as an independent consultant. She gained her Masters degree in Occupational Psychology in 1993 and achieved Chartered Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society, shortly afterwards. She is a trained counsellor and qualified to administer and interpret a number of psychometric instruments.
During the 1990s Jean has worked with a number of organisations such as Sun Life Assurance, The Office for National Statistics, Guinness, The Medicine Group, Original Thought, on projects ranging from climate surveys and action learning sets to recruitment, assessment centre design, team building and leadership. More recently Jean has joined a group of London associates working with clients on professional assessment programmes. She also enjoys working as an executive coach and career counsellor on a one to one basis, helping people at all stages of their lives to develop their potential. Her career work also takes her into schools and universities where she is regularly invited to deliver programmes designed to help students to enhance their learning.

Jamie Stewart
|
Jamie specialises in the areas of team
building, leadership and cultural change, using both outdoor and conference
based designs. More recently, he has focused on individual assessment and
development techniques.
He qualified in Land Use Studies from Sheffield City Polytechnic in 1978 and
joined the Planning Department of Gloucester Town Council. During this period
he studied for a post graduate Diploma in Town Planning at Birmingham
Polytechnic.
In 1981, he switched careers and began working in the training and development
field at Maine Waterways in the States. This work involved taking groups of all
ages on sea based team development events. Subsequently, he worked in Ohio,
where he also used the outdoors as a development training medium for building
confidence in women returning to the job market. His work in Ohio included a
significant amount of one to one counselling work.
Since his return to the U.K. in the early eighties, he has worked with a number
of government groups, companies and consultancy organisations, including the
Social Services, the Probation Services, British Aerospace, Coca Cola, 3M,
Volkswagen Audi, Glaxo and British American Tobacco. For the majority of the
time since 1982, he has concentrated exclusively on the areas of team building,
leadership and cultural change. However, following extensive training and
certification in the use of Psychometrics instruments, he has devoted more time
to assessment centre work and individual counselling and development.
Jamie recently finished a Masters degree at the University of Lancashire in
Organisational Change.

Norman Leet
|
Norman specialises in the design and delivery of leadership, individual, team
and project development programmes. He has extensive experience working in the
area of cultural change, developing high performance processes & teams,
organisation redesign and business strategy development.
Norman's background includes experience in retail and store management at Sears
Plc. before moving into the area of personnel. Prior to founding his
consultancy business, he was rose to become head of Training and Development at
Sears. He is currently completing his MSc. In HR Development International at
the University of Lancaster.
His recent clients include: British Aerospace, Marks & Spencer, Coutts
Bank, Yorkshire Building Society, FII Footwear Management Ltd. and Philips.
